These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Asseto - ศูนย์รวมบ้านและคอนโด ("Application") operated by M&K PROPERTY REAL ESTATE ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Application Description
Asseto is a real estate discovery application that helps users find and track special-priced properties such as houses, condominiums, and land.
The Application allows users to search real estate listings, filter properties by location, price, and property type, view detailed information including images, maps, and key property data, save favorite properties, and receive notifications about deals and auction opportunities.
The Application provides information for general purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Subscription Services
The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription plan.
Premium Monthly: $9.99 per month.
The premium subscription unlocks additional content and removes certain usage limitations of some features available in the free plan.
Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Application
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Application
5. Intellectual Property

6. Property Information Disclaimer
Property listings and information displayed in the Application are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or pricing of property listings. Users should independently verify all property details before making financial or investment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&K PROPERTY REAL ESTATE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Application, errors in property listings, financial or investment decisions, or service interruptions. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if users violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
